How to Make Graf Salad with Chicken, Beets and Prunes
- Preparation of ingredients: Boil the chicken fillet until cooked, then cool and cut into small pieces. Boil beets, carrots, potatoes, and eggs until cooked, then cool. Grate beets, carrots, potatoes, and eggs on a coarse grater. Soak the prunes in warm water for 15-20 minutes, then drain and cut into small pieces.
