How to Make Graf Salad with Chicken, Beets and Prunes

  1. Preparation of ingredients: Boil the chicken fillet until cooked, then cool and cut into small pieces. Boil beets, carrots, potatoes, and eggs until cooked, then cool. Grate beets, carrots, potatoes, and eggs on a coarse grater. Soak the prunes in warm water for 15-20 minutes, then drain and cut into small pieces.
  2. Assembling the salad: On a large plate, lay out a layer of chicken, lightly salt and pepper, then smear with mayonnaise. On top, lay out a layer of prunes.
