How to Make Coffee Jelly

  1. Step 1: In a small bowl, soak the gelatin in water and leave it for 10 minutes to swell.
  2. Step 2: Pour half a cup of water into a saucepan, add sugar and coffee. Put it on the fire and bring it to a boil, stirring so that the sugar and coffee completely dissolve.
  3. Step 3: Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the swollen gelatin to it. Stir thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Step 4: Pour the resulting mixture into molds or cups and leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours (or overnight) for the jelly to fully set.
  5. Step 5: While the jelly is setting, prepare the cream. Whip it with powdered sugar until a fluffy mass is formed.
  6. Step 6: When the jelly is completely set, garnish it with whipped cream.

Your coffee jelly is ready! It's a great dessert that can be served as a finish to a meal or as a refreshing treat throughout the day.
