How to Make Small Perch with Scales in the Oven
- Fish preparation. Clean the perch from the insides, but do not remove the scales. Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Marinade preparation. Mix olive oil, juice of half a lemon, salt, and pepper.
- Fish marinating. Coat the fish with the prepared marinade both inside and outside. Leave it for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
- Oven preparation. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Baking. Place the perch on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serving. Serve the fish hot, garnished with herbs and slices of the remaining lemon.
