How to Make Mushroom Caviar from Champignons

  1. Preparing the Ingredients
    • Peel and finely chop the onions and carrot. 
    • Clean and chop the champignons. 
    • Mince the garlic and herbs.
  2. Sautéing the Vegetables
    • Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. 
    • Sauté the onions until golden brown. 
    • Add the carrot and sauté with the onions for another 5 minutes. 
    • Add the champignons and sauté everything together for another 10-15 minutes.
