How to Make Fried Champignons with Onions
- Preparation of ingredients. Clean the champignons and onions. Slice the mushrooms and cut the onions into half rings.
- Frying the onions. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the onions and fry them, stirring, until golden brown.
- Adding the champignons. When the onions become golden, add the mushrooms. Fry them together with the onions, stirring, until all the liquid that has been released from the champignons evaporates.
