How to Make Fried Champignons with Onions

  1. Preparation of ingredients. Clean the champignons and onions. Slice the mushrooms and cut the onions into half rings.
  2. Frying the onions. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the onions and fry them, stirring, until golden brown.
  3. Adding the champignons. When the onions become golden, add the mushrooms. Fry them together with the onions, stirring, until all the liquid that has been released from the champignons evaporates.
  4. Seasoning. Salt and pepper the fried champignons with onions to taste. If you want, you can add some chopped herbs.
  5. Serving. The finished dish can be served as a standalone dish or as a side dish to meat or poultry. Enjoy your meal!

Tip: To prevent the champignons from darkening after cutting, you can immediately sprinkle them with lemon juice.
