How to Make Lamb Beshbarmak
- Preparing the meat: Start by cutting the meat into large pieces. Then put it in a large pot, add water and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil and remove the foam. Then add 1 chopped onion and salt. Cook the meat on low heat for 2-3 hours.
- Preparing the dough: While the meat is cooking, you can prepare the dough. Mix flour, water and a little salt in a bowl. Knead the dough and leave it for 20-30 minutes to "rest".
- Preparing the vegetables: Cut the remaining onion, carrot and potato into large pieces. When the meat is ready, add the vegetables to the broth and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
- Preparing the noodles: Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into squares or rectangles. Add the noodles to the broth and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Serving: When everything is ready, lay out the meat and vegetables on a large plate, and distribute the noodles on top. Serve the broth separately in bowls.
Enjoy your meal!
